Hi there, I’m Liv, a practising artist based in Sydney, Australia.
Nature serves as my constant muse, guiding me to unravel the intricacies of the world around me—the sublime dance of seasons, the beauty in imperfection, and the interconnectedness of all living things.
My creative process echoes the organic and unrestricted flow of nature. I draw inspiration from life’s inherent beauty, and I create in honour of this profound experience.
After graduating with a BFA specialising in Ceramics from the National Art School in 2022, I further honed my craft through internships under esteemed ceramic artists Fleur Schell and Ebony Russell. Notable highlights in my portfolio include participation in the "Harvey Galleries National Art School Exhibition Award" and being a finalist in the "Environmental Art & Design Prize" in 2023.
Beyond my dedication to the art world, I am passionate about the transformative power of art in therapeutic and educational contexts. In 2019, I facilitated a 'Women’s Art Group' for Canterbury Community Health, fostering a supportive and creative environment. Currently, I’m teaching at my local community pottery studio, where I share my knowledge and passion for ceramics and offer guidance to others on their creative journeys.
Thank you for joining me on this exploration of art, nature, and the profound connections that bind us all.
